When Does a Mission Become a Church? Dr. James Pedlar
July 22, 2021
I’m writing on the seventh day of Hollow Rock Holiness Campmeeting happening in Toronto, OH. Holiness Campmeetings are an important part of American Christian history. Though this is the 203 annual encampment, Hollow Rock is more than a historical reenactment, God is "old wells" like Hollow Rock to point people to the water of life.
I have two recent podcasts for you:
#1 - When does a mission become a church? Dr. James Pedlar discusses the challenges of denominational distinctives, or charisms, and how ecclesiologies are formed.

#2 - Should nonprofits profit? Hear Dr. Don Dixon’s helpful answer to the question here:

Some of you pointed out that I didn't send out an email last week. Don't worry, you didn't miss anything. The plan is to send our two to four emails a month alerting you to content coming from podcasts, youtube videos, writing, and speaking that is available at https://andymilleriii.com.
Our thanks to WPO Development for stepping up as our first sponsor of the More to the Story Podcast. https://www.wpodevelopment.com
